Return & Refund Policy

BabybooJ accepts returns of unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery, unless a listing is marked final sale. Etowah Ridge Apparel LLC must issue a Return Authorization before any parcel is sent back to Jasper, Georgia.

How to start a return

1. Email info@babyboosale.xin with your order number and the pieces you want to send back.
2. Wait for an RMA. Unsolicited packages may be refused.
3. Pack the goods as received and ship to the address on the RMA.

Refunds

Once the return is inspected, refunds go back to the original payment method. Outbound shipping is not refunded unless we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged. Return freight is the customer’s responsibility except in those cases.

What we cannot take back

• Worn, washed, or altered garments
• Items marked final sale
• Lingerie or intimates once the hygiene seal is opened
• Goods returned after 30 days or without an RMA
