These terms govern use of babyboosale.xin, operated by Etowah Ridge Apparel LLC (BabybooJ). Placing an order or creating an account means you accept them.

Orders

A listing is an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. We may cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing error, or lack of stock and will email notice to the address on the order. Prices are in USD and include the sale shown on the product page.

Accounts and conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of checkout details and for choosing a size that matches the chart on Find Your Fit. Do not misuse the site, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or post unlawful content in reviews.

Intellectual property

Product photos, layout, and copy on babyboosale.xin belong to Etowah Ridge Apparel LLC or their licensors. Designer and fabric names in titles belong to their owners; we sell the goods as an independent retailer.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by Georgia law, Etowah Ridge Apparel LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Some states do not allow those limits.
